Looks like subpenny mania may spread to this stock soon. O/S and float haven't changed for 2 years. In fact, float went from 134MM to 127MM between late 2009 and now.

The company is fully reporting. Only weaknesses are lack of volume and communication. Not bad since those are weaknesses that are preferred in a subpenny stock versus dilution, R/Ses, and lying CEO's.

May I also mention that with ask volume, it moves like a nickel stock, not a subpenny stock!
