Beware excessive Vitamin D intake, it can cause excessively high calcium blood levels that can cause a myriad of problems! Do some research and be careful.
My osteopath became concerned a year ago after my blood work showed levels nearing 100ng/ml because of excessive Vit D in a number of supplements I was taking along with straight D3 pills. Check everything you take, Vit D was added to glucosamine/chondroitin supplements I had taken for years so I switched to another brand and gave my body 3 months off of all Vit D in order to return to acceptable levels.
