Was taking a look at Pasaca's and Innova's website. Really is disappointing to not see QMC mentioned anymore, and how they got themselves into this mess.
Also, I understand Squire's stated that if there was a material event in which Pasaca and QMC ceased it's partnership, there would be a SEC filing stating so.
Only issue is, since they are technically not required to file at the moment, what's the chance that possibility already occurred? And that bad news in in the background, waiting to be submitted through the SEC when they recommence filings again?
Just unfortunate. The mere fact that Squire's didn't inform investors back in December 2020 of the letter about the risk of revocation from the SEC is complete BS as well. No wonder he opted out on doing a live Q/A investor update; he would have been dragged alive and he didn't want to be asked some hard hitting questions.
