I am curious why there was a NT 10K put in, but no 10K. Then there was no NT 10Q or 10Q put in. What was even the reason in putting the NT put in at all if no 10K was going to be put in? It makes absolutely no sense and actually helped drive down the PPS to record lows.

Generex and Management needs to do much better than what they they are currently doing. An investigation would make no sense in this in putting in an NT and simply not following up.
