Well, that would depend on how good the NASH news is.
If it's clear and easy to understand -- say, comparing the ability of Leron to reduce fibrosis with that of a competitor, or describing how that would meet a p-value -- then NASH should help a LOT.
And 700 mg could be much more effective than 350. He could say that too.
I don't see why you decide that good news won't help.
