Material events have to be disclosed within 4 market-open days. It would be better to have a PR Monday or Tuesday next week, rather than today. People have short memories and something posted today after hours will get a much smaller pop on Monday than it would if released Monday morning. Best thing would be for it to be released the first trading day of January.
