It appears an AON Market Order of
750,450 shares at 11:51:07 traded when the bid
was .03. Notice then no other bids
above the .0036 were taken out and the
next trade, at 11:52:23, was at the bid
of .031. The seller was either stupid,
added an extra 0 to their order by error, or was
manipulating the pps by perhaps selling
to 'themselves' to freak out investors and by
showing the .0036 52 week low now on the chart.
