Disagree. You are installing it on equipment that runs tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars . You do not want your equipment ruined. You test it a lot to protect your equipment. This doesn't include all the lines of command to sign off on it.

The whole process will speed up once a major player signs on. Every company after that wont have to do quite as strenuous and in depth analysis.
