That is a serious accusation: "conned China [BYIC actually, not China, but most know what you meant] out of $5MM". I hope you have proof of that... Nothing that has been officially released supports anything of the sort...

Don't get me wrong... They have a lot to answer for: late 10Ks, No NTs for 10Q, late 10Qs, no 8Ks for official news, etc. but blatant unsubstantiated accusations should be left out of the conversation...
