Laundry: The 6.5 M bond is there only to cover costs incurred by defendants in complying with Order re returning data and cooperating with the accounting. Defendants will have to seek payments under the Bond by submitting proof of costs incurred -- similar to employee supplying receipts to recover costs incurred on a business trip. If the ultimate outcome supports the granting of the injunction, defendants costs should not be recoverable.
