$6.5 million will not be held by Amarex. A surety bond is being covered by Cytodyn to assure that any costs related to the data transfer will be paid by Cytodyn. Those expenses will be for the cost of additional access to the EDC by Cytodyn and Amarex's preparation of the Master File which should be fairly small.
