Facts matter, and what he said is a fact. One does not have to like it, but it is what it is. Good or bad, the facts help folks understand what they have rather than day traders attempting to pump this up & down. Joe has publically stated there has been an investigation(s) going on so that shouldn't surprise anyone. When does it or they end? What Joe says on other medians only supports what he has stated publically. And make no mistake, Joe will only talk about things that has already been reported publically. As Joe stated in reference to an investigation, "it doesn't take a rocket scientist..............". Think about this, does anyone think the company/officials have gone quiet for no reason? Anyone communicating with company officials are well aware of their angst with the situation going on. So, I do believe we would have reports and normal communication if it weren't for an investigation(s). The question remains, will they ever be able to clear that hurdle and move this forward?
