This is a great step. But how in the world do you arrive at reasonable damages?
If we had recieved approval for HIV the FDA would have taken us more seriously in COVID.
Had the initial phase 3 been designed properly I believe it would have hit its primary endpoint.
How much are a million lives worth. If they find out that this was in fact a conspiracy to keep LL from approval, the perpetrators should be hung in the streets.
