This company was overleveraged and doomed from the beginning. All of the promises and optimistic talk was a charade that was a strategy to pump the stock on pure speculation to the $3-5 pps range. At that level, the equity value position would allow for financing to be obtained which then they could use to dig out of a hole. Right now, one cannot find a hearbeat. At .06, the stock may be overvalued.
