8-k Just out - looks like Dr. Seethamraju has resigned.

(b) On December 15, 2021, Harish Seethamraju, M.D., notified the Chairman of the Board of CytoDyn Inc. (the “Company”) of his resignation from the
Board of Directors, effective immediately. He indicated that his decision was due to his other pre-existing professional commitments and not due to a
disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Dr. Seethamraju has agreed to join the
Company’s Scientific Advisory Board as an alternative means of providing his expertise in support of the Company’s strategic endeavors"
What's interesting is the last sentence in his company profile:
" Dr. Seethamraju is currently awaiting approval from his employer, Mount Sinai, to be able to continue to serve as a director. "
