Since the SEC investigations are not criminal in nature, I would assume for the better part of the past two years this investigation has not been criminal in nature only because the company/officials did not appear to have any restrictions. Also, I think for the better part of two years, there possibly have been multiple investigations going on with GNBT/NGIO. I/We do know for a fact the SEC is/was investigating GNBT/NGIO based on what Joe has reported to several folks including myself. At some point, did a SEC investigation escalate into a criminal investigation? That's the million dollar question. Regardless of what one might think, this "investigation has escalated and we know that based on what Joe said per my last post. So, did the DOJ recently get involved and would we know anything this early, probably not. Either way, there is nothing for the company/officials to worry about if they didn't do anything wrong regardless of how long it takes. Is this big pharmaceuticals holding GNBT/NGIO down? That's another million dollar question. Not good either way.
