We are holding at .16 so that is better than nothing which could be the case if Judge Albright (today) decides to grant Intel the dismissal that they have been requesting. Yes today 12-21-21 the Judge will determine if he will refuse dismissal of this case as requested by Intel Corporation or what all of us last remaining share holders have been hoping for a motion to strike Intel's request to dismiss this case. So if the Judge does not dismiss then that means we will finish whipping Intel's a$$ in court.
