i would say the odds of a partnership is much stronger than a buyout.. partnerships could be something like the partner buying 10 percent of the company along with helping expediting and paying for trials, licensing rights to application(s) and either a percentage of sales or large sums of money moving to Cytodyn should certain sales targets get met.
