Did you reply to Vince?  That's what and why he does it... to get your goat.  If he's getting paid for responses, the more controversial the statements, the more responses he gets.  If he's not getting paid, then he's getting off (likely literally) on getting you upset.  Either way the more outrageous the statement, the greater number of replies.
