I would view this as the FDA actually helping (or appearing to anyway)
submit data desired to strengthen current trial without massaging into subgroups and such--would think in theory would speed the EUA soon to happen... well in FDA soon is within a year or two.. so nothing to see here
EDIT--- just thought maybe it means we can look at 14 days only from previous and after seeing similar 14 day results from current, going onwards after 3rd and 4th doses would get partial credit as any fool from FDA can then extrapolate as if we were giving doses like we should have been
