The IHUB bashers are still in full force I see and one seemed to have issued a death threat as well to Eric. Pretty absurd thing to do and surprising, even for the IHUB idiots.
Good to see the blog though that called this out AND even better the lawsuit is continuing against them. Nobody really likes IHUB due to the admins allowing such behavior and IHUB should be held accountable a well.
That aside, I hope to see the FORM 10 before end of year as indicated by Eric.
My stance still stands, however, that unrestricted shares IMO should not have been issued. Typically, no one holds them after they're green.
Will see how it all pans out, but HHSE needs to move this faster and there needs to be better communication between him and the lawyers. Or the lawyers need to be faster.
