Thanks smach. Now this opened another interesting speculation. You know that as a person you can not have two jobs as a director. The two companies have to be connected somehow in order to have same title. Director/VP is a big title. We may merge with other company (Pac root) to get to NASDAQ. This is speculation in my part.
