Perhaps it will take an organized effort to get the management team and BOD's attention.

A while back someone on another board suggested there was a law firm looking into filing what would be expected to become a class action suit. I never heard anything more about it. I would be open to hearing from anyone here that has sought legal advice or is part of that group. Feel free to private message me.

Certainly the Oleregen and Regentys groups are at risk as is possibly Altucell athough I believe they kept their options open. I'd imagine those groups would be looking at their options.
