I wonder what Dr. Craig Eagle has to say about our current situation...he seems to have moved to the UK according to the address on the latest Florida filing dated 5/10/2021. He is an independent Director of GNBT and NGIO and was appointed Chairman of The Board of NGIO (pending Board approval). I would think he would have a lot to lose by neglecting his fiduciary duties as a director...he also recently got a new job as Chief Medical Officer of Guardant Health (NASDAQ:GH).
