I concede your point about the 10-Q/Ks, but nothing is going to happen until the second week of January. Whatever is holding up the 10-Q/Ks, Joe can’t force things to get done now.
No one, SEC, hired accountants, lawyers, the mail service, etc., is going to make GNBT/NGIO a priority. They are all in a holiday/end of the year slow down. All the would-a, could-a, should-a(s) won’t change the past. Yelling at the person who spilled the milk won’t un-spill it. We just have to wait till next year to see how this mess gets cleaned up.
For me, for now, the pps can bounce around like a balloon in a hurricane for all I care. When things are back to normal business, then I will start being concerned if the GNBT/NGIO mess is not starting to be cleaned-up.
