Excellent comments Wrench... you are correct (I believe) and the doubters and sellers may be regreters in short time. Selling is not an option for me - like a jobsite, school or sport - there will always be decisions within the team and those willing to play fair will be rewarded. Even our own teammates may have other motives, so I will find my line and stay focused. Keep it simple - those who maintain focus will be rewarded.
