12/19/21 Democratic Sen. Joe Manchin said Sunday he cannot back his party’s signature $2 trillion social and environment bill, dealing a potentially fatal blow to President Joe Biden’s leading domestic initiative heading into an election year when Democrats’ narrow hold on Congress was already in peril.

Joe thank you for your clear headed thinking. In time all people will be grateful for your decision. We can not continue this debt march into hell. I don't even know if Trump could straighten the damage done, would hate to see his mouth cause the same crap as before but Biden hasn't left us in a good place during his administration. Had Trump shut his mouth in his last year in office he would have been re-elected. Now I doubt he will be able to clamp his mouth during 2024 Democrat/Republican primary debates which leads me to think that he will cause a divided primary and then a split vote in the Presidential election costing any chance that a Republican President to be elected.
