I think a CEO really cares if stock is bought by new shareholders unless selling stock is the business. I have not seen any evidence DOC has sold shares. I think most CEO will say if the stock made you money you can't complain. That brigs it back why he might not like new share holders underwater lose money you can blame the CEO
