I asked a very similar question of Steven Johnston and did not receive a direct answer to the question but you might have better luck. So far my experience as been once you send in an inquiry/complaint to the help@sec.gov address, they assign an HO number to your inquiry. When they respond, which can take a while, use the HO number in whatever follow up you have and the same person will probably get back to you. If you put Mr Johnston's name in the saluatation perhaps it will get routed to him. Steven is who I have commumicated with. Mixed results in responses. Some have individualized answers. Some are canned. Of course, he is a starting point and stuff gets routed elsewhere for actual review and investigating as far as I can tell.

The last communication with him, I sent copies of messages from Gino on the YMB from around 11/24, when Gino was attempting to organize an attack on the GNBT stock price. Mr Johnston responded pretty quickly.
