Two answers to your question
1)he wants to launch everything in one shot, not reasonably done, rather Not done that way at all
2) uses unvc as a vehicle to get more business for his co's, and on side investors ,have opportunities make money on his tweets etc, not in any rush to go public,
For he asked a poster who attended his conference,( forgot his name)he posted what doc asked him.
"Are you making money in unvc ,poster said yes.doc smiled,or said good,
interpreted by me as ,that's the game!!!!!!!!
flip the stock, that's one of my conglomerate businesses unvc, sound outlandish, risk of reputation, of sec violations etc, yes I hear that, not saying it was done with intent,just morphed into it.
however that's the pink sheets,
have an idea , sell shares, the business idea , BECOMES the stock selling shares business, or the trading of it.
