Thanks for having me and making this an open forum. If I have anything valuable to add I will bring it.
One thing I haven't seen anyone post recently is that we do have a quarter ending and an expected annual report that will be due. Hopefully it won't be an empty filing but it does have to come now that he started reporting. Required rule is within 45 days of the end of the quarter.
