The title alone is clearly intended to impact shareholders in an emotional way. There's not a single shareholder on this board who isn't aware of the negatives affecting the company, so what's the point of this article if it isn't to merely sow doubt?

Same applies to all the bashers on iHub. Are we to assume they have no investment and they're just charitably sharing their due diligence to protect poor, defenseless shareholders from Nader's villainy?
