COUV -- this is an interesting one. Still don't got my desktop PC up, but my research did show that they were suspended by SEC because they pulled the Covid19 card, but now they are attempting to become an SEC registrant? That's like day and night. and I actually think it's hilarious. Will the SEC actually let them become a registrant? Haha. I bet no. What more is that OTC Markets deemed them Pink Current.
Actually never seen this scenario before. They had to pay at least 75g for audited filings with that Form 10 and look at all the amendments. lol
