I am truly amazed how no one in Magement or at the Board of Directors has not even spoken out on any of this. Just what is the role of the board of Directors if they are not responsible for Directing the company? It's like they have blinders on and simply could careless about the dealings going on.

The BOD has an important role at Generex and at NuGenerex and need to fulfill their obligations, to meet the demands to the company and to the shareholders and I have yet to see either.

It's time for them to step up to the plate if Management will not.
