Just to clarify, I believe the wash sale rules apply 30 days before and 30 days after a sale at loss. I appreciate all advice from anyone. My story is I always bought after hype thinking I was getting in just before the big jump. I then changed to buying after missed expectations. I now have way more invested into a penny stock than I think I should. So based on this, does it make sense for me to sell some of the .10s knowing that I have plenty shares left if this takes off. If this launches, my opinion is very few here will start buying at dollar Ville. Won't most just relax and cheer?
