I have not found the time to listen to the conference call, yet. I found this was interesting, from YMB:

"conference call 12 14 2021 can be viewed on youtube at 19:21 Dr Chris Recknor states when they submitted Covid-19 phase 2 long hauler study protocol to FDA. The FDA responded with additional comments and then FDA asked for help from 3 different FDA divisions to also provide comments. Dr Recknor indicates the FDA comments were excellent and he then he is now using that additional information to resubmit to the FDA very soon. And due to the FDA help it will make a better protocol"
