You seemed to have glossed over Amarex who not only "botched the BLA" but hid their ineptness from CytoDyn. This is clearly documented throughout CytoDyn's complaint and request for an injunction that was just granted to CytoDyn this week.
Also, everyone has their own opinion about timelines and there's nothing wrong with that, but as I'm sure you know, we've been burned many times by people setting unreasonable expectations. Knowing the injunction with Amarex, who has our data, was just granted this week, I'm not expecting the BLA to be submitted in Jan and probably not Feb, but I could be wrong. But for those who are expecting it soon, my concern is that it's only setting them up for disappointment which normally precedes another round of undeserved bashing.
