I believe delisting has more to do with activity, I've read somewhere that if a stock isn't trading (few months?) FINRA will delist it. Someone keeps it going for some reason.
If I where Bret I wouldn't answer the phone either, with absolute silence publicly what can he say. Perhaps the future is a Shell Company?
