I think some what you described happened. I don't think Doc was part of it. I know of a few that were running a pump dump and rebuy to earn a living. I keep the names out of it. I believe the new eyes was referring hedge funds buying into after launch and they can treat new shareholders less than nice. I think the board represents 50-60 of the float. I have heard a few whale investors never post on a board have 10 of millions of shares and make at least 40 % of the float When Doc gifted himself a billion share it was self evident to me that we will launch. he also has reported to the SEC he would sell 21million share he has not yet another good indicating we will launch
