This is by no means a vaccine effectiveness board but NYD is correct that vaccinated and unvaccinated people alike can get, carry, and pass along the Covid-19 virus which means it can mutate in vaccinated and unvaccinated people… that being said, we need a vaccine that truly keeps people from getting the virus and thus keeps it from mutating and spreading…
