My understanding is the CE won't be lifted until ntek releases financials that are up todate. Old transfer agent wont transfer records to new transfer agent till they resolve payment issues. So basically its a legal money problem that is holding up the process. Once resolved then company can be relisted for trading. This has been an on going issue that company needs to resolve. Once open for trading then boom. Maybe we get a company update for Holidays.
