JMO but i think all the delays are planned to give family and close friends a chance to snatch up all the share's people getting scared and selling, what better way than to have delays
Think Doc got 1 BILLIUON shares which he said was for using in the business ok if the price goes up say .50 and Doc sells them at the 0.10 he nets 100 MILLION
