The lack of information from Management and BOD should be embarrassing for any company and no 10K and 10Q on either company hurts everyone.
All we heard were promotions, promotions, promotions and here we are. We deserve honest answers and an honest CEO and honest BOD to tell us what is going on. Someone needs to step up to the plate and deliver a message to the shareholders on what is going on and how to get us out of this mess finally if they can.
As many have said, this is not acceptable. Yet, here we are and no one is doing a thing to get us out of this mess. There needs to be an accountability somewhere.
