Here’s my 3rd message to Dr. James Andy Anderson, who I can see read the first. He chose not to respond. And that’s not the Dr. Andy I once knew. Quite disappointing.

I must be honest, I couldn’t imagine your non-response. (Personal loss redacted) plus a sense of responsibility to the many that invested based on my articles from years ago, including a positive one about you, and later as I ran a popular GNBT investor page which I still do.

Unlike the Generex BOD, I feel a deep sense of remorse and empathy to all fellow shareholders, so I won’t ignore them or act removed.

I find the BOD to be at fault in not doing due diligence in acquisitions brought forth by Joe. Veneto, for example, had their offices raided by the FBI months before Generex massively overpaid for this fraudulent company. Of course, Veneto defrauded Generex, and this whole mess led to a deep dive by the SEC.

I warned you a decade ago of this tendency by the BOD to be too aloof. And now shareholders are at the final stage of losing it all. Today, the Quarterly Report wasn’t filed with the SEC without notifying them of a delay. So, get ready for possible delisting since this is the second time in a row.

And none of you are listening, properly responding, or acting engaged as if no one cares. Unacceptable.
