I hate that the management teams inaction has brought you to the point of having to make this decision.
Officers should be ashamed of themselves and our BOD members who are choosing to sit on the side line and do nothing should be held accountable. It is truly the BOD responsibility to see to it the management team does their job. To the BOD members who are trying I appreciate your effort.
