I think when it comes to them exercising their various options with this deal, they'll probably take the "wait and see" approach before making their final decisions. When it comes to the stock purchase who knows. They agreed to buy the outstanding shares of SIGO stock, but in that quarterly report I didn't see MCOA specify exactly when or for how much they were offering for the stock. If they buy those shares we would normally be "bought out", so hopefully "the price is right"!! lol
