I agree with jrt03's post 100%.
If Doc himself can't put the right words together to wrap this year up, he has a slew of people around him that could present a pretty darn good year end summary and prospectus for next year even if we don't see an 8k before the end of Q4.
I don't think it's unreasonable to expect something like that from Doc.
This year isn't over yet.......
