Lilly's Mirikizumab for UC. Galera's GC4419 for OM. Both ahead of Brilacidin in trial progress so many are saying the IPIX "pipeline is shrinking". But both of these drugs are IV administered whereas Brilacidin is oral tablet for UC and oral rinse for OM. Maybe the tortoise will still have a seat at the table.
