There is no way someone would falsify documents against or slow walk an entity that is trying to change the system. The servants at the FDA are looking out for the country. Each are sworn to uphold the law and proceed in an ethical manner. You have no evidence that people inside the government are resisting an outside entity trying to change the public health environment for the good.
