Did Cytodyn actually select the DSMC panel? Did Amarex select the panel and have Cytodyn sign off on it? If Amarex selected the panel, and vetted out the panel members, why did we have a panel member that was in on the Gilead Remdesirvir trials? To me, that was a conflict of interest. Does anyone, on this board, know for sure about the DSMC selection process for the CD12 trial? I wonder if Sidley Austin knows?
